Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer | AI Start-up JS Careers is partnering with a well-funded AI startup that is currently hiring its first founding engineer. This is a career-defining role, where the successful candidate will be working directly with the founder to scale a business that already has serious momentum. This role involves one engineer using AI and a fleet of agents to do the work of an entire engineering function. You'd own the technical direction end-to-end: product, data, AI/ML, and QA. What they're looking for Founding engineer, principal, staff, or tech lead experience.Hands-on experience shipping production systems built around LLMs.Comfortable getting an MVP in front of customers fast.Strong product taste and interest in the commercial side of the business.TypeScript experience is highly regarded.
