The role Own and provision AWS infrastructure hands on - VPC, IAM, Secrets Manager, security groups, CI/CDDesign and maintain secure, production grade cloud environments from the ground upBuild and ship backend application code in TypeScript and Node.jsRaw SQL on PostgreSQL - joins, aggregations, query optimisationMentor mid and junior engineers and act as the primary technical point of contact for the businessThe person Genuinely owned AWS infrastructure in production - not handed it to a DevOps teamStrong hands on experience with VPC design, IAM, network security and CI/CD pipelines built from scratchSolid backend engineering capability in TypeScript or Node.jsComfortable writing production grade application code alongside infrastructure ownershipClear communicator who can lead technically and bring others alongPython and FastAPI a genuine plus About weave.
