Senior Backend Developer .NET

Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable backend systems leveraging .Net frameworksWork closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and interpret technical requirementsChampion and ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followedParticipate in code reviews, share technical expertise, and provide constructive feedback to team membersTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues and performance bottlenecksContinuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing codebases, architecture, and processesStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions within the team Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with .Net technologiesProven experience in a leadership or team lead roleStrong proficiency in .Net Core, C#, and related frameworksExperience with API design and developmentFamiliarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQLStrong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
