About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong background in AWS Serverless technologies and TypeScript/Node.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing modern cloud solutions that leverage serverless architectures, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. Your expertise will help us build scalable, event-driven systems that meet high standards of quality, security, and performance. You will be responsible for developing robust APIs, automating deployment processes through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS CDK, and ensuring the observability and security of our solutions. Additionally, you will actively incorporate AI development tools and coding agents into your workflow and coach other developers in utilizing these innovative technologies effectively. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience working with AWS Serverless environments and proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks such as AWS CDK is essential, along with a solid understanding of event-driven architecture principles. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud engineering best practices, and automation is required to ensure seamless deployment and integration workflows. Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning emerging AI tools will set you apart. Relevant certifications and a track record of delivering scalable cloud solutions will be advantageous.
