Cloud Platform Engineering Technical Analyst

Responsibilities: Build Platform Engineering products and DevOps solutions that embed AI and develop capabilities and tools to empower AI agents. Apply AI Agents to improve developer experience, engineering productivity, automation, operational insight, and solution quality.Develop backend services, APIs, automation tools, and internal Platform Engineering products using technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java.Leverage coding agents and spec-driven development practices to translate user needs, engineering intent, acceptance criteria, and architecture decisions into testable and maintainable platform solutions.Work with experienced engineers to design and implement self-service platform capabilities that simplify the building, testing, deployment and operation of software and AI Agents, while improving developer experience and application-team productivity.Investigate application deployment, container, pipeline, and platform issues using logs, monitoring data, configuration, and other technical evidence.Support and troubleshoot production cases involving Kubernetes platforms running across public-cloud and on-premises data-centre environments, with guidance and structured training provided where required.Collaborate with application, AI Engineering, system, infrastructure, and security teams to define and implement standardized deployment patterns, operational guidelines, and best practices.Identify repetitive work, recurring incidents, and source of developer friction, and propose automation, standardization, AI-assisted capabilities, or platform enhancements.Create and maintain engineering assets, including specifications, technical documentation, operational guides, reusable patterns, and onboarding materials, and structure them as reusable context for AI-assisted engineering and agentic solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum two years of relevant experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, or related technical area is preferred.Experience in software development using at least one programming language or runtime, such as JavaScript or TypeScript with Node.js, Python, or Java Springboot.Knowledge in software engineering concepts, including source control, APIs, testing, debugging, and application deployment.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good command of spoken and written English.
