Rather than stepping into a large established technology team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the business leverages Microsoft technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, identifying opportunities and building practical solutions that deliver measurable business value. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you'll influence direction, challenge existing processes and develop applications and automations that save time, reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomes.
