Appian Developer

Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 5 years of Appian Design and Development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning and improvement, platform administration and integration with enterprise systems. Role : Appian Developer Location: Sydney, Australia Roles and Responsibilities: Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.Plan and track implementation of best practices, including productivity, maturity and quality improvementsDrive Agile and DevOps adoption through CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and release management best practices.Essential: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5 years of experience in Appian design and developmentStrong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, SitesExperience with Appian Cloud Administration, Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected SystemsProficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelinesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
