Backend / Full-Stack Engineer

About Clairva Clairva is an early-stage start-up building a platform that connects content partners (individual creators, studios, and aggregators) with AI and enterprise use cases, from partner onboarding through content licensing and delivery. The role We are looking for a backend-focused full-stack engineer to help build the core of our platform: partner onboarding, ourAPIs, and the partner portal. You'll work across the stack, own meaningful pieces end to end, and help set the technical foundation as we grow. What you'll do Design and build backend services and APIs that power onboarding, partner management, and content workflows Build full-stack features across the platform, from data models to user-facing screens Work with cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations Keep the platform secure, reliable, and maintainable Collaborate with design to ship clean, well-built features Help shape architecture and engineering practices early What we are looking for Strong backend experience, ideally in Python (or a comparable language) Experience designing and building APIs and working with relational databases Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) Comfort on the front end (e.g. React / Next.js) to build full-stack features A focus on security and reliability Adaptability and ownership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Nice to have Experience with content/media platforms, marketplaces, or data-heavy products Familiarity with file/media storage, identity/verification, or event-driven processing Experience setting up foundations like CI/CD and observability Details Type: Full-time Location: Singapore To apply, share your resume and links to relevant work or projects.
