Mid-Level Software EngineerWe are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers, to deliver scalable and reliable applications. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on software development experience who is passionate about solving complex problems and continuously improving their technical skills. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing and deployment.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend or frontend components as required.Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards and best practices.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Assist in the design and implementation of new features and system enhancements.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and successful releases.Stay updated with emerging technologies, development tools, and industry best practices.Provide technical support and knowledge sharing within the development team. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least3–5 years of professional experience in software development or software engineering.Strong knowledge of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.Experience with one or more programming languages such asJava, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.Experience in developing web applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions.Familiarity with frontend and/or backend development frameworks.Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integrations.Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.Understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.Experience working with microservices architecture.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.Experience in enterprise-level or large-scale application development.
