About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our team in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, supporting technology operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to reliable and secure IT environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, maintain and support IT infrastructure and systems.Monitor system performance, availability and security.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues.Manage and maintain servers, operating systems and enterprise applications.Support network infrastructure, connectivity and system integrations.Implement appropriate backup, recovery and security procedures.Maintain technical documentation, system configurations and IT processes.Collaborate with internal teams and external technology providers.Participate in technology upgrades, migrations and improvement projects.Follow IT security, compliance and operational best practices.What We’re Looking ForRelevant degree, diploma or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.Previous professional experience in IT engineering, infrastructure or systems administration.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems and IT infrastructure.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is desirable.Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT service management practices.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a professional environment.Desirable SkillsExperience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:
