Our client is a leading digital bank scaling its next-generation banking platform using modern, cloud-native technologies.
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join a fast-growing team dedicated to greenfield development and the continuous enhancement of high-impact insurance products.
In this role, you will work in an agile environment where you build, deploy, and own the services you create—delivering high-quality, maintainable code using Test-Driven Development (TDD) within a scalable microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and refine modern web/mobile frontend applications and supporting services for new insurance features.Build RESTful APIs and interact with event-driven microservices using Kafka.Utilize Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS elastic infrastructure to schedule, deploy, and run microservices.Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following TDD best practices.Practice end-to-end continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)—adopting a "you build it, you run it" ownership mindset.
Education & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java; strong foundation in modern frontend/full-stack practices and back-end integration.Solid experience in back-end microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and ideally AWS development environments.Familiarity with relational/non-relational persistence layer technologies (such as PostgreSQL, Aurora, S3) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Quick learner with a results-driven personality, strong organizational capabilities, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.
