ABOUT THE ROLE
As our IT team continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Integration Developer to join our Global Support Centre and play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide integration solutions across a complex, evolving technology landscape.
Sitting within our Enterprise Integration team, you’ll partner closely with architects to design, build and uplift scalable, secure integrations across both cloud and on-premise environments.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll support the development of API-led and event-driven integration patterns, contributing to the overall integration strategy and driving best practice across the function.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, guiding implementation, and ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability in production environments.
With a strong focus on Azure Integration Services, you’ll also play a key role in evolving our integration capability, influencing standards, improving CI/CD practices, and mentoring within the team to lift overall technical maturity.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field5+ years’ experience designing and implementing integration solutions across enterprise systemsDeep hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps in production environmentsAdvanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across complex, multi-system integrationsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams
