Description
We are looking for highly experienced, hands-on Senior Java Engineers (Architects /Technical Leads with strong hands-on Software Engineering background) to join an innovation-focused on Agentic AI initiatives.
This is a hands-on IC role with significant architectural influence - you'll design the system and write the code.
You'll work at the intersection of edge computing, backend services, and AI/ML platforms, collaborating
closely with data science to build the foundation for trust-signal processing and machine learning inference.
What You'll Do
$B!|(B Design and build the end-to-end signal flow: CDN/edge detection -> ingestion APIs -> processing -> sandbox
storage -> downstream routing
$B!|(B Architect edge-layer solutions across edge-worker runtimes and CDN-layer compute for KYA token detection,
header manipulation, and signal capture with minimal latency impact
$B!|(B Build backend services in Java Spring Boot: External Signals Collection API, signal validation/normalization
pipelines, data persistence, and API foundations for the Agentic Trust Service
$B!|(B Define integration patterns for third-party vendor connectivity (KYA providers, identity vendors) including JWT
validation, public-key caching, and deterministic signal ingestion
$B!|(B Ship platform features for ML inference - structured data access layers, feature pipelines, and model-registry
integration points that enable data science to move from exploration to production
$B!|(B Make technology decisions on storage, transport reliability, observability, and governance for non-production
environments on AWS
$B!|(B Operate with startup-like speed - move fast through prototype cycles, demo prep, and iterative architecture

8+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Proven experience in software design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude as part of the software development lifecycle.Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted software development.Experience working with Agentic AI, AI agents, workflows, skills, or AI-powered coding tools.Strong system design and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments with minimal supervisionArea Expectation
