We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to support OneAmex applications.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on AMEX (American Express) applications, specifically OneAmex.
This is a mandatory requirement and candidates without relevant AMEX/OneAmex experience will not be considered.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications while working closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using ReactJS.Build reusable and maintainable UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Work on OneAmex / AMEX applications and contribute to enhancements, new features, and application modernization initiatives.Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions.Develop responsive user interfaces that work effectively across browsers and devices.Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and accessible interfaces.Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Identify and resolve UI, application, and integration issues.Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA engineers, backend developers, and architects.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.Use Git for source code management and follow established branching and version-control practices.Support application deployments, production issues, and post-release activities when required.Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to application performance, usability, security, and maintainability.Required Technical Skills
