Role Summary As a Senior Developer, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, you will contribute to the design, lifecycle and implementation of complex business solutions, combining low-code and pro-code capabilities to extend platform functionality. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing applications, while contributing to best practices, and integrating advanced capabilities such as AI-driven automation. Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company Deliver and support complex Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, including applications, workflows, and integrationsDevelop and maintain advanced extensions using C# (plugins, custom workflows) and JavaScript/TypeScript (form logic, PCF controls)Implement and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure servicesOwn and contribute to application lifecycle management (ALM), including source control, CI/CD, and environment strategiesEnsure performance, security, and scalability of solutions, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issuesCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to implement requirementsContribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesDo peer review and individual mentorship.Support the platform and participate in troubleshooting complex issuesCarry out all other related tasks per the job’s evolution and departmental needs. Here's what you need to have and master to get the job Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in similar role within similar industryStrong experience delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 Solid experience with integrations (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth), Azure services, and designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft capabilities (e.g., AI Builder, Copilot, Azure AI services) Experience with DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines) and managing multi-environment deployments Experience with DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines) and managing multi-environment deploymentsAdvanced expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, including data modeling, business logic, and solution design Microsoft certification such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) required; PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert), AB-620 (AI Agent Builder Associate), and AB-100 (Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect) are assets Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building plugins, workflows, and UI extensions Benefits Of Working At Sherweb Sherweb is, above all, an environment where the needs of our customers are at the heart of our actions.
