About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that support critical business operations.
You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to build innovative, cloud-ready solutions while driving technical excellence and modernization initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and modern software engineering practices.Build and support secure, reliable, and high-performing RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop and enhance user interfaces using Angular 17+/19+ and modern TypeScript frameworks.Design and implement data persistence solutions using JPA/Hibernate with relational and NoSQL databases.Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka and enterprise messaging technologies.Containerize applications with Docker and support CI/CD-driven deployment processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration.Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, AI-enabled development initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java 17+.Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API development, JPA, and Hibernate.Experience developing modern front-end applications using Angular 17+/19+ and TypeScript.Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application design.Strong database experience including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, database design, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, and indexing strategies.Experience with Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda.Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $68,422 - $114,000, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
In addition to salary, this role is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to individual and company performance.
