About the Role
We are seeking an Intermediate FileNet Developer with hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 development and support.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using IBM FileNet technologies.
The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver document management and workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities
Development & Configuration
Design, develop, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 solutions.Configure Object Stores, Document Classes, Property Templates, Security, and Storage Areas.Develop custom FileNet applications using Java/J2EE technologies.Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) components where required.Configure and maintain workflow solutions using FileNet Process Engine or Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
Application Support & Maintenance
Monitor and troubleshoot FileNet-related issues.Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes for production incidents.Support application upgrades, patches, and migration activities.Participate in performance tuning and optimization of ECM solutions.
Integration
Develop and maintain integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications using Web Services, REST APIs, and Java.Support document scanning, indexing, retrieval, and archival processes.Work with databases such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server for FileNet-related development activities.
