We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated backend software engineer to join us in building the Robot Platform's products and services. As we deploy and operate production systems in Woven City, we are also constantly exploring new ways to bring human-centric robots into everyday life. We need a talented engineer who can help us maintain a reliable production environment while evolving our platform toward future applications. Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and deploy high quality and reliable backend services for the Robot PlatformContinuously improve test quality and coverage, as well as CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stackCollaborate with hardware, firmware, frontend, and business teams to improve overall system design and contribute to the evolution of robotic products and servicesMonitor deployed services, diagnose issues, and coordinate with the Woven City on-site operations teamAs necessary, travel to Woven City to perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend software, including object-oriented design, debugging, testing and use of version control systems and CI/CDProficiency and hands-on experience with Java using modern tooling (E.g.
