About the Company We're partnering with the software division of a major global industrial technology organisation that develops sophisticated digital products used by large international enterprises. Its Norwegian engineering organisation is expanding as adoption of a key product platform continues to grow. The company is now establishing additional permanent engineering capability in Stavanger. The Opportunity We're hiring two Senior Software Engineers to join a team responsible for developing complex software that transforms operational and engineering data into practical planning and decision-making workflows. This isn't a narrow backend position. You'll work within a mature but rapidly evolving product ecosystem and collaborate with engineers and domain specialists across several technical disciplines. What You'll Own Build and evolve production C#/.NET servicesContribute across Node.js/TypeScript componentsDesign maintainable software for complex business/domain problemsParticipate in architecture and technical-design discussionsDevelop and debug within Linux environmentsWrite and maintain production-quality testsHelp improve engineering practicesUse modern AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineeringLearn and translate specialist domain concepts into robust software What We're Looking For 6+ years professional software engineeringStrong production C#/.NET experienceExperience with Node.js/TypeScript or modern web engineeringLinux experienceStrong software-design fundamentalsProduction ownership mentalityCollaborative working styleComfortable learning a complex technical domainGenuine experience using AI coding tools Education Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable rigorous technical discipline preferred.
