About the Role: Job Title: Service Now Developer Location: Helsinki Finland Hybrid Mode of Work: Hybrid 2 or 3 Days Onsite per week Type of Hiring Contract Description: · Required: ServiceNow certified administrator / Application Developer · Knowledge of domain separated environment · Experience and capability to do ServiceNow development: o Scripting o Flow & workflow development o Integrations o Service portal development · Capable to convert business requirements to ServiceNow design and implementation tasks · Experience for working with databases and using SQL syntax · Extensive knowledge for working with CMDB · Knowledge to work for with highly customized ServiceNow instance · Co-location service knowledge · ITSM and CSM process experience · Jira knowledge
