Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work Responsibilities Build and ship features across a Python (FastAPI) backend and React TypeScript frontend. Participate in sprint ceremonies with the squad. Collaborate with researchers to integrate and harden GenAI components — LLM-driven virtual clients, real-time coaching feedback, and post-session evaluation agents. Write and maintain automated tests (pytest, Vitest, and Testing Library) and review PRs. Deploy and monitor services via Helm on OpenShift; respond to production alerts. Use AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar) as a standard part of the daily coding workflow. Must-Have Skills Production experience in both Python and TypeScript/JavaScriptExperience with React (or comparable modern frontend framework) and REST API development in PythonExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, code reviews, source control, coding standardsStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable working across engineering, research, and product Nice-to-have Skils Experience building internal dashboards or data visualization features (e.g., charting libraries, admin panels, analytics UIs)Experience designing or building data pipelines for analytics or reporting use casesExperience designing or improving automated test strategies (pytest, Vitest, Testing Library, or equivalent); track record reducing flaky tests or increasing coverage in an existing codebaseExperience with Docker and deploying to Kubernetes or OpenShift via HelmExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Helios, or similar)Experience with observability and production monitoring toolingComfort with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar) Experience building or productionizing LLM/GenAI applications (RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agent orchestration) is a plus Top 3 Skills Strong experience building enterprise full-stack applications and solutions.Open-minded and eager to learn, with experience in GenAI or leveraging AI tools.Strong DevOps/QA and data pipeline experience is a nice-to-have.
