Junior Software Engineer

Your missionAs a Junior Software Engineer you’ll support the delivery and maintenance of client-facing software solutions by implementing technical configurations, developing and maintaining application features, troubleshooting issues, and improving delivery workflows. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working across different systems and clients, and continuously improving how software is built and delivered, we’d love to meet you. The journeyPerform routine technical builds and configurations for clients with precision and consistency. Work closely with the Customer Success team and project managers to ensure timely delivery of client requests. Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency where possible. Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Collaborate with senior developers and team members on software design and development. Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth functionality. Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations as needed. Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning. Stay updated with new technologies and continuously improve technical skills. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success. Assist in writing technical documentation for code and software features. practices. What you’ll bring to the teamBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant field or self-taught 1-2 years of proven experience in software development. Proficiency in Python. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented environment. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. A passion for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and programming languages. Nice to HaveFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
