Position Summary We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer to join our Studio / Technology team at INNOCEAN Canada on a full-time, permanent basis in Toronto (Hybrid). This role sits at the intersection of deep AEM expertise and full stack development, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade digital experiences across the entire software development lifecycle. You will build AEM templates, components, and integrations while contributing front-end craftsmanship and back-end services that extend AEM into the broader technology ecosystem. Partnering closely with project managers, designers, UX, and development teams, you'll translate creative vision into scalable, high-performing, and maintainable solutions from pixel to platform.
