FRONT-END DEVELPER & WEB MANAGER 6 months Contract/ Remote / Canada Overview RFL Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer & Web Manager to own all technical execution across our website, landing pages, analytics implementation, and performance infrastructure. This is a 6-month contract role that will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the technical foundation that powers RFL’s website. You will work closely with the CMO and the Marketing team. You own the technical delivery of all approved builds, experiments, integrations, and optimizations. This role is ideal for a developer who loves building fast, modern, conversion-ready experiences, maintaining clean tracking infrastructure, and shipping high-quality technical work at a high standard with precision and consistency. Key Responsibilities 1. Website Development & Technical Ownership • Support technical implementation and maintenance of RFL’s website. • Build and deploy new landing pages, templates, and UI components • Implement approved design, layout, and content updates • Maintain global navigation, reusable content blocks, and styling systems • Implement and enforce brand guidelines across all web properties • Assist with bug fixes, deployments, version control, and site stability 2. CRO Implementation & UX Execution • Deploy UX improvements to layout, readability, user flow, and mobile usability • Execute conversion optimizations • Implement UX improvements based on Growth, Product, and leadership recommendations • Ensure mobile-first performance and responsiveness across all web properties. 3. Performance Optimization & Technical SEO • Optimize page speed and Core Web Vitals across all pages • Improve Lighthouse scores (mobile and desktop) • Implement technical SEO best practices • Clean up scripts, plugins, and code bloat • Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance • Continuously reduce load times and rendering issues 4. Analytics, Tracking & Integrations • Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn tracking • Deploy and QA conversion events, triggers, scroll tracking, and form tracking • Implement UTM frameworks and experiment tracking • Support deployment of remarketing and audience-building infrastructure • Implement and maintain Zoho CRM website integrations • Ensure data accuracy, redundancy protection, and reporting reliability 5. Website Quality Assurance & Security • Perform pre-launch and post-deployment QA on all builds • Monitor site uptime, errors, broken links, and form reliability • Implement security best practices, updates, and backups • Ensure site stability during campaign launches, traffic surges, and events 6. Collaboration & Role Boundaries • Execute all technical builds and implementations • Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Events, and Operations teams • This role is strictly responsible for technical execution Required Qualifications Must-Have • 3–5+ years of front-end development experience • Strong proficiency in: o HTML, CSS, JavaScript o WordPress o Breakdance o Forminator o Responsive / mobile-first development • Hands-on experience with: o GA4 & Google Tag Manager o Meta & LinkedIn tracking pixels o Landing-page development & optimization o Technical SEO implementation • Strong eye for design fidelity and UX execution • Ability to troubleshoot efficiently and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders Operating Skills • Structured, systems-oriented thinker with strong planning and prioritization skills • High attention to detail and data integrity • Methodical and execution-focused • Analytical and pattern-driven approach to diagnosing performance issues • Proactive and ownership-driven • Calm and reliable under pressure • Comfortable operating in cross-functional, operationally complex environments • Ability to manage multiple concurrent builds and deadlines Nice-to-Have • Experience with high-end, premium, professional or luxury brands • Experience with Zoho or other CRM integrations • Experience building pages for webinars, referral programs, and events • Familiarity with Webhooks and connection to third party integrations • Full stack knowledge with latest stack (NextJS, Sanity.io and Supabase) • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data Why Join RFL Wealth?
