DevOps Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support enterprise automation and software delivery initiatives within a government-focused technology environment. The DevOps Engineer will help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while improving deployment efficiency and operational reliability. Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer: Build, support, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Automate deployment and release management processes. Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery practices. Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management solutions. Monitor deployment performance and troubleshoot delivery issues. Support cloud-based application environments. Qualifications of the DevOps Engineer: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. 4+ years of DevOps or Systems Engineering experience. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools. Knowledge of source control platforms and release management processes. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container technologies. Experience scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
