About The Role The role owns the reliability, scalability, and security of core production infrastructure running on modern cloud platforms. You will ensure high availability and smooth deployments for millions of global users. The team works closely with software engineers and product teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and maintain rigorous observability standards across distributed systems. Key Responsibilities Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofuBuild, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD to ensure rapid and safe deploymentsImplement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK stackManage containerized workloads and orchestration clusters using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts at scaleConduct thorough root cause analysis for production incidents, establish post-mortem processes, and build automated mitigations to prevent recurrenceEnforce security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), network policies, and compliance standards across all environments What We Are Looking For 3โ€“6 years of experience in DevOps engineering, site reliability engineering, or cloud infrastructure managementStrong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible)Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker containerization, and microservices architecture in productionSolid programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling developmentExperience with cloud networking, VPC design, load balancing, and secure cluster configuration on AWS or GCPBonus: Experience with service meshes (Istio), Chaos Engineering methodologies, or FinOps cost optimization strategies
