Front End Developer – Web

NATURE OF WORK This section contains the key objectives for the role. Software Engineer (IC2) Work closely with a team of front-end, backend, and quality engineers Gather requirements from the Product team and other stakeholders for rapidly implementing features and use cases Continuously improve the base application framework for web Develop features using the latest web technologies Ensures security and reliability are considered in the core design of the application Participate and contribute to feature development discussions and code reviews DISPLAYED SKILL MASTERY This section contains necessary behavioral and technical skill stack. Fluent in web-based development using native JavaScript Fluent in ReactJS framework, state management, and other modern web development libraries Experienced in responsive web designExperienced in RESTful web services integrationsExperienced in creating unit tests using React Testing Library and Jest Knowledge in CI/CD for web development including Unit / UI testing, Static Analysis, Code Coverage, Vulnerability/Security Testing Knowledge in DevSecOps platforms like GitLab Knowledge in AWS is a plus Knowledge in mobile development (Flutter or native iOS and Android) is a plus Shows passion in latest web technologies Must be able to convert product requirements / user stories to technical tasks EXPECTED RESULTS This section contains observable and quantifiable key measures. Developed features and components of the base web application REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS This section contains the required education and experience for the role. Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or similar course 5+ years of experience in web development Unit Testing Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Works effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
