A glimpse into your role: We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and help shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll work on innovative solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce, turning business requirements into scalable and high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving business challenges, and exploring the latest Salesforce technologies. Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if you: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.Build and enhance solutions in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.Develop AI-powered experiences using Einstein and Agentforce.Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to translate requirements into technical solutions.Configure Salesforce features including workflows, page layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, and custom settings.Support existing Salesforce applications and drive continuous improvements.Ensure coding best practices, system performance, and data quality.Contribute to integrations with external systems. Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if you: Required Experience 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.Strong hands-on experience with: Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC); Lightning Components; and VisualforceExperience with: Service Cloud; Experience Cloud (Community Cloud); Einstein AI; and AgentforceUnderstanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.Experience configuring Salesforce features and customizations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience with Data Cloud.Chatbot design and AI-driven customer service solutions.Integration experience with third-party systems.Java or C# development background.Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.Customer Service domain experience.Salesforce certifications.Active participation in the Salesforce community Location: To be successful in this role, you should: Be legally authorized to work in Slovakia.Currently reside in Slovakia.Be available to work in a hybrid model with 1 office day per week.
