Responsibilities Own the strategy, operations, security, governance, and financial stewardship of the cloud platform and shared engineering servicesPartner with Engineering, Product, UX, Security, IT, Compliance, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to enable rapid product innovation while maintaining reliability, security, and cost efficiencyLead teams across cloud infrastructure, platform operations, observability, identity services, CI/CD, compliance, and cloud cost managementDrive readiness for security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMPOwn cloud cost governance, forecasting, budgeting, and optimization (FinOps)Drive responsible adoption and governance of AI platforms and tooling across EngineeringLead evaluation, selection, negotiation, and lifecycle management of cloud providers and technology vendorsBuild and lead high-performing cloud and platform engineering teams, improving developer experience and operational maturity Requirements 10+ years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or related disciplines5+ years leading engineering managers and/or technical teamsDeep expertise with public cloud platforms, preferably AWSExperience building and maintaining private cloud infrastructureExperience operating large-scale SaaS platforms in productionStrong grasp of cloud security, compliance, governance, and risk managementExperience with cloud financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimizationTrack record leading cross-functional strategic initiativesStrong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
