About The Role The role owns the end-to-end development of high-performance, responsive user interfaces and client-side applications that serve millions of daily active users. The engineering team collaborates closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to build seamless, accessible, and performant web products using modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworksOptimize client-side performance, focusing on metrics such as Core Web Vitals, bundle size reduction, and render efficiencyCollaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible UI componentsIntegrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, handling robust state management, caching, and error-handling strategiesWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and CypressParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend architectural standards and design systems What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a primary focus on modern frontend developmentDeep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG)Experience with frontend build tools, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, GitHub Actions)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js), GraphQL implementation, or native mobile development
