Core Engineer – DevOps / Web3 / Full Stack

ABOUT IDEOLOGI Ideologi is building a Web3-powered social platform designed around large-scale collaboration, collective intelligence, and community-driven product development. Our flagship application, Hyperlogue, is currently in beta. It serves as a social marketplace for group brainstorming, idea evaluation, and collaborative decision-making across C2C, B2C, and B2B use cases. We’re expanding our Core Engineering team to support Hyperlogue while building three additional applications already on our product roadmap. Learn more at info.ideologi.org ROLE & SCOPE We’re looking for engineers who are comfortable working across modern Web2 and Web3 infrastructure and interested in solving problems at the intersection of application development, decentralized technologies, identity, wallets, payments, and collaborative platforms. You’ll contribute across the stack — from infrastructure and databases to front-end development, middleware, authentication, wallet integrations, smart contracts, testing, and deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate effectively in an evolving technical environment, troubleshoot deeply, and evaluate emerging technologies based on whether they meaningfully improve the product.
