Role Description This is a full-time, Information Technology Developer role based in Trevose, PA. The Information Technology Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support WellNet’s patented technology stack and self-funded health plan solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, integrating databases and APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security best practices across systems and applications. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support enhancements to existing platforms and tools. The developer will also help maintain system documentation, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process improvements and technology upgrades. Qualifications Job Summary: The IT Developer is responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. Duties/Responsibilities: · Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs · Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications · Writing and implementing efficient code · Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics · Working closely with business analysts Required Skills/Abilities: · Expertise in Microsoft technologies – C#, SQL, ASP.NET, SharePoint · Commercial and business awareness; experience in the healthcare administration space is a plus Education and Experience: Degree in Computer Science/Computer Software EngineeringCertifications in Software Programming and Development
