The Backend Developer Internship at UR Technology is a 3 to 6 months practical program where you will design scalable server architectures, construct secure JWT/OAuth API endpoints, and optimize complex SQL database schemas. Stage 1 — The Internship Accelerator (Duration: 3 - 6 Months): Production-level backend engineering experience supervised by Senior Backend Architects. Stage 2 — Full-Time Permanent Employment Opportunity: Standout interns who display strong algorithmic thinking, API security discipline, and clean code principles will be fast-tracked for full-time Backend Engineer roles.
