Responsibilities:
Advise in potential redesign if UI ArchitectureEnhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applicationsImprove user adoption and satisfaction through well-designed, intuitive interfacesBridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation via user-centered designAllow backend engineers to remain focused on core platform and integration work
Mandatory Skills Description:
Minimum 5+ years hands-on application development experience using ReactExperience Advising on UI Architecture RedesignHands-On Experience with automated testingHands-On Experience with backend integrationPractical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab)Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedbackExcellent communication skillsBachelor's/master's degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering
