Title: Senior Front-End Developer - Arabic Speakers Only Location: On-site – Abu Dhabi, UAE (full-time, no hybrid/remote) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with strong hands-on experience in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST API integration, responsive design, and enterprise front-end architecture. The candidate will support the design, development, enhancement, revamp, and maintenance of platform front-end, ensuring secure, reliable, user-friendly, and scalable delivery of correspondence management workflows, dashboards, forms, search capabilities, and user-facing services. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end components using React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Implement business requirements, correspondence workflows, approval journeys, dashboards, forms, search, filtering, tables, and data-driven interfacesRevamp and modernize existing interfaces to improve usability, consistency, accessibility, and overall user experienceConvert UI/UX designs and Figma prototypes into responsive, production-ready interfacesBuild reusable components and contribute to a consistent front-end design systemDevelop responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile, supporting both Arabic RTL and English LTR interfacesIntegrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrationsImplement proper validation, error handling, loading states, user feedback, and secure handling of user-facing dataOptimize front-end performance for complex workflows, large datasets, dashboards, and enterprise-scale usageEnsure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, responsive behavior, and front-end quality standardsInvestigate and resolve UI, integration, performance, and production support issuesParticipate in code reviews and apply clean code practices and coding standardsSupport release planning, deployment activities, UAT, production fixes, and post-release validationWork closely with business users, backend developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and support teamsMaintain proper technical documentation for developed features, fixes, integrations, and releases Requirements: 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, preferably in enterprise platformsStrong hands-on experience building production applications with both React and Vue.js, including Vue Router, component lifecycle, reusable components, and front-end application structureCandidate must remain hands-on and actively involved in design, build, and troubleshooting — not purely a management/delivery-oversight roleStrong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end development practicesExperience with UI component libraries such as Vuetify or similar frameworksStrong experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, authentication flows, and enterprise integrationsExperience building complex forms, dashboards, workflow screens, data tables, advanced search, filtering, and user profile interfacesExperience developing and maintaining Arabic RTL and English LTR interfacesGood understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and maintainabilityExperience with performance optimization, browser compatibility, accessibility, validation, error handling, and secure front-end development practicesExperience with Git, source control practices, and modern development workflowsExperience with Figma and converting approved designs into production-ready interfacesStrong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, usable, and maintainable front-end solutionsFluent English required; Arabic speaker is mandatoryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Availability: Candidates able to start immediately or with a short notice period (up to 4 weeks) will be prioritized To apply, candidates who meet the above requirements are requested to share: Updated CVMonthly salary expectationsAvailability to join
