Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Agentforce Engineer / Data & AI Engineer to support Employee Success initiatives and build AI-powered, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Python, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI/LLM solutions, Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake, SQL, and REST API integrations. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Agentforce, Apex, and Flow • Build and enhance AI agent workflows, actions, and integrations • Develop MCP-based services and AI integrations using Python • Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data modeling, querying, and integration • Develop integrations with Slack, REST APIs, and external enterprise systems • Use Snowflake and SQL for querying, validation, transformation, and analysis • Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and AI-agent issues • Develop unit tests and maintain appropriate Apex test coverage • Support code reviews, QA/UAT, deployments, and production releases • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders • Document technical implementations and provide knowledge transfer 🛠️ Required Skills ✅ Strong Python development experience, particularly for MCP development ✅ Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI integration frameworks ✅ Experience with AI Agents / LLM-powered applications ✅ Experience with Python data serialization and validation ✅ Understanding of networking and transport layers in Python ✅ Strong SQL skills ✅ Hands-on experience with Snowflake ✅ Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud ✅ Experience with REST APIs and system integrations ✅ Git-based development and deployment experience ✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills ⭐ Preferred Skills • Salesforce Agentforce experience • Apex and Salesforce Flow • Slack API / Slack integrations • AI/LLM application development • MCP or similar agent integration frameworks • Data engineering and data modeling concepts • Agile development experience 🎯 Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can work independently and take ownership from requirements analysis → development → testing → deployment → production support.
