About WP SEO AI WP SEO AI is a B2B SaaS company providing AI-powered SEO content generation tools that help businesses grow their online presence through smarter content and search strategies. We have grown from €3M to €10M in recurring yearly revenue in 2025 and are targeting €50M within the next 24 months. Our team of 175+ people supports over 1700 clients across the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Belgium, the UK and US while adding around 100 clients each month. As part of this expansion, we are building a new website maintenance and redesign service completely in-house. You will be the first person in this role for our Amsterdam HQ, working alongside a small, ambitious team that is currently three people and growing. Your ideas will have a direct impact on the development of the business, from the websites we build to the tools, processes and systems we use behind the scenes. You’ll also be joining an international environment where you’ll work with clients across different markets. Our German sales team is already generating strong demand, while our Dutch market continues to grow, so experience with both German and Dutch clients would be a major advantage. The role As a WordPress Developer, you’ll take ownership of building, maintaining, redesigning and improving websites for our clients. You’ll work across the full website lifecycle. That means understanding what a client needs, turning ideas and content into a polished website, solving technical issues, making improvements and ensuring everything works as it should. You’ll have plenty of room to develop your own approach and experiment with modern development tools, including AI coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. Because you’ll be joining at an early stage, we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a development job.
