The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working in a SAFe / Agile delivery setup across multiple geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP FICO – Asset AccountingLead and deliver S/4HANA New Asset Accounting implementations/enhancement, including:Organizational structures and chart of depreciationAsset classes, depreciation areas, and parallel valuationIntegration with General Ledger (New GL), Controlling, and LogisticsConfigure and support end-to-end Asset Accounting processes:Asset acquisition, capitalization, transfer, revaluation, retirement, and depreciation runsDrive solution design, and functional specifications aligned with business requirements Business & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutionsParticipate in workshops, design reviews, and steering discussions with global stakeholdersAgile / SAFe Ways of WorkingWork within a SAFe Agile framework, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teamsContribute to PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviewsSupport continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiativesGovernance & QualityEnsure adherence to solution standards, design principles, and best practicesSupport audit requirements and financial controls related to Asset AccountingMentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamQualifikationenChartered Accountant (CA)ORMBA in Finance (from a reputed institute)Mandatory Skills8–11 years of SAP FICO experience, with strong focus on FI – Asset AccountingHands-on working knowledge of S/4HANA New Asset Accounting (mandatory)Experience in at least one global S/4HANA implementation or rollout projectStrong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting principlesExperience working in a SAFe / Agile delivery modelProven stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred / Good-to-HaveIntegration knowledge with Controlling (CO), MM, PS, or other logistics modulesExposure to financial data migration (e.g., CVI, asset data migration)Experience working with multi-country / multi-company code environment/Multi Landscape Why Join Us?· Be part of a purpose-driven organization that is shaping the future of mobility· Work on cutting-edge technologies and global projects· Thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive environment· Access world-class infrastructure and continuous learning opportunitiesEqual Opportunity StatementAt MBRDI, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
