We are looking for a Quantitative Engineer to join a top quant trading firm supporting the development and operation of high-performance software applications. Responsibilities Develop and maintain production software and applications.Work closely with Quantitative Researchers to understand requirements and deliver reliable technical solutions.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.Improve the performance, stability, and reliability of existing trading systems.Contribute to system design, development, testing, and continuous improvement.Develop internal tools and solutions to improve engineering efficiency and workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years professional experience in quantitative developer, software development or a related engineering role.Strong programming skills in C++ or Python.Good understanding of Linux and software development practices.Familiarity with Git, code review, CI/CD, and software testing.Experience working with performance-sensitive or production systems is a plus.Experience in financial services or other technology-driven industries is a plus.
