ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise business processes and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and integration experience with platforms such as Moveworks or Slate. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.Implement and support ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer solutions, and integrations.Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including HRSD, SecOps, IRM, and other platform capabilities.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware platforms.Support integrations and automation initiatives involving Moveworks, Slate, and other enterprise systems.Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, knowledge articles, workflows, and self-service capabilities.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and security policies.Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business teams to implement platform enhancements and optimizations.Support platform upgrades, patch testing, and release management activities.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development practices.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Skills Experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Employee Center, HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management.Lifecycle Events and Employee Journey management.HR workflows and HR service catalog development.Security Operations (SecOps) Security Incident Response (SIR).Vulnerability Response (VR).Threat Intelligence integrations and automation.Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Policy and Compliance Management.Risk Management and Audit Management.Third-Party Risk Management.Moveworks Integration Conversational AI and virtual agent integrations.ServiceNow ticket automation through Moveworks.Employee self-service automation and workflow orchestration.Slate Integration Experience integrating Slate or similar admissions/recruitment platforms with ServiceNow.API-based data synchronization and workflow automation.Process optimization and case management solutions.Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD, SecOps, or IRM)IntegrationHub or related ServiceNow certificationsNice to Have Experience with Service Portal or Employee Center development.Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.Success Factors
