You'll work at the intersection of bare-metal infrastructure, virtualization and cloud-native tooling — and play a key role in one of HTB's most impactful infrastructure initiatives: the migration away from VMware toward an open-source virtualization and cloud platform. Core mission: Operate and improve HTB's virtualization and storage stack (VMware vSphere, Ceph, Kubernetes) while helping the team evaluate, plan and execute a migration to an open-source alternative 🏢 Location & Work Mode: Europe/GreeceChoose between fully remote work across Europe or relocating to our Athens Tech Hub with relocation support Fully Remote / Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote, plus one month of work from anywhere) - If only in Greece: When hiring in Greece, we're open to candidates from all locations. Those based within 55 km of our Athens office will follow a hybrid work model.
