About the Role: We’re looking for a Python Developer to design and build scalable backend services and enterprise-grade microservices. You’ll work on event-driven systems, secure APIs, and cloud-native deployments while collaborating closely with DevOps and architecture teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using PythonBuild and maintain enterprise-grade microservices architecturesDevelop and manage event-driven applications using Kafka or Pub/Sub systemsImplement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, SSO)Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift platformsDesign and integrate with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automated deploymentsEnsure system performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed environmentsParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production and distributed systems Required Skills & Experience: Core Development Strong proficiency in Python for backend developmentExperience building REST APIs and web servicesSolid understanding of microservices architecture and design patternsCloud-Native & Containerization Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShiftUnderstanding of cloud-native application design principlesEvent-Driven Architecture Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and Pub/Sub frameworksKnowledge of asynchronous processing and event-driven system designSecurity & Identity Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and Single Sign-On (SSO)Strong understanding of secure API design and authentication workflowsDatabase & Persistence Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)Ability to design efficient data models and optimize queries How to apply: If your expertise meets the above job, we would love to hear back from you, kindly share your resume to swaroop.swain@dabster.net
