Job Summary
We are looking for an Automation Manager – Business Development to drive business efficiency through automation, AI, digital tools, and process improvement initiatives.
The role will identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes, improve workflows, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in automation, AI technologies, workflow optimization, and business process improvement, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business processes and workflows that can be improved through automation and AI.Design, implement, and optimize automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.Work closely with Business Development and other departments to understand process gaps and automation requirements.Evaluate and implement AI tools, automation platforms, and digital solutions suitable for business needs.Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, data management, lead management, and other business processes.Develop and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, reports, and process-monitoring systems.Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to reduce manual work, errors, turnaround time, and operational costs.Support the adoption of AI-powered tools and technologies across business functions.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented automation and continuously identify opportunities for further improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors where required.Prepare documentation, process maps, SOPs, and user guidelines for automation initiatives.Ensure automation projects are aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and data security standards.Stay updated on emerging AI, automation, RPA, low-code/no-code, and business technology trends.Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in automation, AI, digital transformation, business process improvement, or a related area.Strong hands-on knowledge of automation and AI technologies.Experience implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable business improvements.Strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and digital transformation.Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
