Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy for AI products, chat applications, voice solutions, and web platforms.Design, develop, and maintain automated regression, smoke, integration, and functional test suites.Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and detailed bug reports.Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.Perform performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or k6.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure release readiness.Identify, document, track, and verify software defects while ensuring timely resolution.Review product quality metrics and recommend improvements to testing processes.Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices across the engineering team.Continuously improve testing frameworks, processes, and automation coverage. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.Experience in API testingStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.Experience in writing clear and structured test documentation.Familiarity with Git and version control systems.Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelinesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing AI/ML-based applications, chatbots, or voice-enabled products.Knowledge of performance and load testing.Understanding of cloud platforms and modern software deployment practices.Experience working with cross-functional and distributed engineering teams.
