Kubernetes Platform Support Engineer

SUMMARY 💰 130 - 150 PLN/h (B2B) 💰 15 000 – 18 000 PLN brutto (UOP) 📍 Kraków (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days remote) 💼 Mid/Senior Project Join an engineering team responsible for supporting and maintaining an internal Kubernetes platform used by multiple development teams. You will focus on ensuring the platform remains reliable, available, and performant, while troubleshooting incidents and continuously improving its stability and automation. The role combines Kubernetes administration, platform support, troubleshooting, and reliability engineering in a large-scale enterprise environment. You will Support the deployment, configuration and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.Ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the infrastructure platform.Diagnose and resolve Kubernetes infrastructure issues, incidents and integration failures.Perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to increase platform stability.Analyse logs, monitoring data and performance metrics to identify potential issuesCollaborate with infrastructure, engineering and application teams to resolve technical problems.Support automation and infrastructure improvements, including Infrastructure as CodeParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekend support. Must have 5+ years of experience3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experienceStrong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshootingGood knowledge of containers and orchestrationExperience with Unix/Linux administrationUnderstanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem and Change ManagementExperience with automation and/or Infrastructure as CodeStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including working with logs and monitoring dashboardsGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple technical teamsWillingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekendsFluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience with Service Mesh technologiesExperience supporting large-scale enterprise Kubernetes platformsExperience with monitoring and observability toolsExperience with automation tools such as Ansible or similarKnowledge of SRE practices Our offer Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another city.Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport Benefit card; life insurance
