About the Opportunity: The DevOps Engineer, Data & AI Platform supports and scales data and AI infrastructure in production. This role focuses on building reliable and efficient systems for data pipelines and machine learning workloads, standardizing deployment processes, and ensuring strong performance, observability, security, and cost efficiency. The position plays a critical role in enabling the organization’s data and AI capabilities to operate reliably at scale. Responsibilities: • Build, deploy, and operate infrastructure supporting data pipelines and AI/ML workloads. • Develop and maintain CI/CD processes covering application and machine learning model lifecycles. • Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform across development, testing, and production environments. • Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. • Partner with Machine Learning teams to productionize and maintain models. • Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing for data pipelines and model performance. • Improve the reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency of data and AI infrastructure. • Implement and maintain security controls and access management for data and infrastructure. • Develop automation and internal tooling to reduce operational overhead and improve engineering efficiency. • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues and contribute to ongoing reliability improvements. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related field. • Strong end-to-end MLOps or LLMOps experience, including deploying and maintaining machine learning and AI workflows. • Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. • Proficiency with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies. • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and Git-based development workflows. • Experience supporting data platforms such as Airflow, Kafka, or Spark. • Programming and scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages. • Familiarity with observability tools, monitoring practices, logging, and distributed tracing. • Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Base compensation range: $144,300–$180,350 USD.
