Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer at Recuro Health, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our various systems with our larger telehealth offering and tools supporting internal and external teams.
You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement efficient, scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.
Your work will span the entire stack.
By writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to our continuous integration and delivery processes, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards in performance, security, and user experience.
This role will be highly dynamic and the scope of our projects span across various teams and clients.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain our diagnostics microservices and web applications to support/facilitate virtual healthcareContribute across the stack – from front-end components to server-side logic to databasesCollaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality featuresConduct code reviews to provide feedback to maintain consistency and quality coding standardsHelp improve engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure
Required Skills:
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go)Proficiency in at least one of the following frontend frameworks (e.g., React/React Native, Vue, Angular)Ability to design, build, and consume APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and work with SQL databasesAt least 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Experience with building mobile applications with Expo including development, release processes, and workflowsFamiliarity with observability tooling (e.g., structured logging, distributed tracing, or platforms like Grafana, Kibana, Application Insights)Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with designing and developing a product feature or feature-set end to endUnderstanding of telehealth and healthcare industryUnderstanding of Healthcare Technology Standards and Regulations (HIPAA, FHIR, HITECH, etc.)
Location Preferences:
This role is open to Remote, but our preference for an ideal candidate would be hybrid with at least one to two days in office each week to work directly with our Engineering Team in our Minneapolis Office.
Salary Range:
$105,000 – $125,000 per year, plus benefits and remote work flexibility.
