What we're looking for
A developer who takes pride and ownership of the work, wants to build features end-to-end, and see them used.
You've got some professional experience or strong project work behind you, you write clean code, and you'd rather ask a question early than debug an assumption late.
What you'll do
Build features across the full stack: API in C#, UI in React using GitHub CI/CD.
Work with our aviation domain experts, so you're never guessing what the user actually needs.Work the AI side of the product - document ingestion, search, LLM-backed and vision features, earlier than you would at most companies.Learn and grow fast in a small experienced team; you get freedom, responsibility, and opportunities.
Your profile
Good fundamentals in C#; experience in software development (in any language).
Knowing React, loving to learn more.Comfortable with git, feature-branch workflows, will to learn our CI/CD processes.Aviation knowledge is not required.
You can learn on the job.
Eager to learn, pragmatic, opinionated, and collaborative.Comfortable communicating in English (Dutch is a plus).Already based in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work here.
