What you'll be doing As an FTTP Install Engineer, you'll play a key role in connecting homes and businesses to GoFibre's full fibre network. Working independently and alongside colleagues, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, professional and high-quality installations from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Installing and commissioning FTTP broadband servicesFibre cabling, blowing, splicing and termination activitiesTesting and fault-finding using OTDR and fibre testing equipmentWorking on overhead and underground PIA networksCompleting site surveys and installation documentationMaintaining high Health & Safety standards at all timesDelivering an exceptional customer experience during every visitEnsuring all work is completed to company and industry standards What we're looking for We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience within fibre installation and can confidently work in both customer-facing and network environments. You'll ideally have: Experience working on FTTP networksFibre splicing and testing experienceKnowledge of overhead and underground network installationExperience using OTDR and fibre testing equipmentWorking at Height experienceStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGreat communication and customer service skills Essential Qualifications Full UK Driving LicenseNRSWA AccreditationSA001 CertificationSA002 Certification Why GoFibre?
