Role Overview:
This is a long-term part-time role focused on production monitoring and first-line operational support during assigned shifts.
The engineer will stay available throughout the shift, monitor alerts/Jira, follow predefined instructions, escalate incidents when needed, and perform simple actions such as checks or service/server restarts.

Responsibilities:
Monitor production systems during assigned shiftsReact to alerts, incidents, and system issuesSupport AWS-based cloud runtime infrastructureInvestigate issues using monitoring and logging toolsPerform occasional DevOps and infrastructure support tasksSupport CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesMaintain and troubleshoot Linux-based environmentsSupport web server, process control, and application runtime configurationsWork with dashboards, metrics, logs, and alerting systemsSupport infrastructure and application security practicesDocument incidents, actions taken, and system changes when needed
Requirements
